Environmental Sustainability KTN

We are currently working in partnership with the University of Oxford’s School of Earth Sciences to deliver the Environmental Sustainability Knowledge Transfer Network which exists to accelerating the UK's transition to a low carbon, resource and energy efficient economy.

We deliver this by connecting businesses, universities, other research organisations and government agencies, and catalysing innovation across a wide range of environmental technologies.

Finding your way to Business Support for Environmental Sustainability

The Environmental Sustainability KTN has compiled a Business Support Mindmap which shows different organisations, networks and government bodies that operate within the UK. The mindmap includes both general business support and specific environmental initiatives, and is organized into broad business support groups, sub-divided into regional networks. Where possible, individual nodes are hyperlinked to relevant external websites. As well as these pointers, the ESKTN holds additional information, such as downloads of the successful proposals submitted to the Government for Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), and contact details for various regional specialist groups, supplied by the Technology Strategy Board.
