The North West Eco-Innovation Programme provided free, tailored support to nearly 400 businesses helping them exploit the market for sustainable products and low-carbon solutions. The Eco-Innovation Programme has now ended, but building on the success of the programme C-Tech Innovation are pleased to be able to offer a similar range of services – please take a look at our Sustainable innovation pages here. These services are now available to non-SMEs and to businesses outside of the North-West.

C-Tech Innovation also administer (in collaboration with Oxford University) the Environmental Sustainability Knowledge Transfer Network. This network, which is free to join, aims to help you with your sustainability-related projects:

• Accessing funding

C-Tech Innovation and Lancaster University were the delivery partners for the North West Eco-Innovation Programme, a
three year business support programme jointly funded by the North West Development Agency (NWDA) and the European Development Fund (ERDF).

The North West Eco-Innovation Programme wass contained
within the Improving your Resource Efficiency product as
part of Solutions for Business. Solutions for Business is a suite of publicly funded business support products and services designed to help businesses start, grow and succeed.

simple to understand and access, good value for money and directed to where they will have most impact to help businesses grow. They are designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills you need to tackle issues your business might be facing.
