Innovation & Organisational Development – supporting businesses with:

• Overcoming barriers to product, service and process innovation
• Ideation and creativity
• New product development
• Business case development
• Technical and managerial due diligence
• Business Excellence
• Quality and environmental management systems

Business & Organisational Growth – supporting first steps toward future goals:

• Developing business and action plans
• Market research and analysis
• Routes to market and market entry
• Web based marketing and management tools
• Strategies for organisational design, succession planning, spin outs and joint ventures
• Access to funding for growth

Open Innovation & Knowledge Transfer – using these networks and techniques to:

• Access external knowledge
• Access new markets
• Reduce time to market
• Reduce risk and internal R&D costs
• Sell or license ‘non profitable’ IP
• Stimulate innovation by promoting collaboration, best practice and knowledge sharing between industry and academia

Associate consultants are provided with the neccesary tools and techniques required to fulfil their role and are supported by our full time staff, who are largely based in Chester.
